Programs

We deliver high quality health services in a safe, caring and efficient manner, consistent with the needs of the community. We provide low cost preventive health and home based nursing services to the south suburban comunity. Listed below are health screenings and other programs designed to deliver that high quality of health services to those that require it.


Offer outside Flu Clinics for groups of 30 or more. 
This year's seasonal Influenza vaccine also protects against H1N1.

HEALTH STOP

Special screenings are provided by Rich Township at the Shirley Green Center for anyone aged 65 and older. Appointments are not necessary and a small fee is charged for some tests on the 4th Thursday each month, 10:00 a.m. until 12 noon.
